The Density and Buoyancy Experiment Set, designed to teach density, gravity, buoyancy, and Archimedes’ principle – concepts included in the high school physics curriculum – through practical application, allows students to collect data by making measurements, interpret results, and explore physical concepts experimentally.
Thanks to the precision balance, measuring cylinder, beaker, dynamometer, and cylinders made of different metals included in the set, students can calculate the mass, volume, and density of objects, and experimentally investigate how buoyancy depends on the submerged volume of the object and the density of the liquid. Furthermore, buoyancy can be compared in pure water and saltwater environments using saltwater solutions prepared with sodium chloride.
This experiment set is designed for use in high school physics laboratories, science high schools, Anatolian high schools, private educational institutions, and exam preparation applications. The set is suitable for teachers to conduct direct experiments in the classroom, as well as for individual or group work by student groups.
All materials in the set are presented in protective polystyrene packaging with compartments specifically designed for each product. The polystyrene protection is placed inside a durable cardboard box. This allows laboratory materials to be safely stored and transported.
