The Light and Optics Experiment Set is designed for middle and high school students to learn about optics through experimentation. The set includes thin and thick lenses with different focal lengths, concave and convex mirrors, a light source, screens, and a modular rail system, allowing for the creation of numerous optical setups.

The set facilitates understanding of topics such as the linear propagation of light, shadow formation, images in mirrors, focal points in lenses, real and virtual images, magnification, telescopes, microscopes, and eye defects. Students can observe image formation, take measurements, and compare results by using different lenses and mirrors on the same rail system.

The 50 cm steel ruler included in the set allows for the measurement of object distance, image distance, and focal length. This feature enables students to make real measurements, especially in high school-level lens correlation and magnification experiments.

The 12V light source, adjustable power supply, and crocodile clip connection cables are included. Therefore, the set can be used immediately without needing any additional equipment. Additionally, the set includes 2 candles and a candle holder, allowing for more effective realistic image experiments.

All parts are designed to be used on 20 cm rail segments that can be connected to each other. When the three rail segments are joined together, they reach a total length of 60 cm, allowing for the creation of different optical setups.

The parts in the set are placed inside a protective polystyrene box with compartments to prevent damage during transport and storage. The polystyrene protective box is shipped in a durable cardboard box. This ensures safe use and long-term storage in school, laboratory, and classroom environments.
